Delivery and Returns
At Glazed we aim to dispatch goods to meet the dates and times of your requirements.
At the point of checkout you will be given the option to choose your shipping options;
UK delivery includes Next Day, 48 hours or Saturday delivery
International Delivery is also available, however import taxes and duties will not be covered.
Once your order is confirmed you will receive an email notification, and a dispatch confirmation thereafter including your delivery date and estimated time.
Cancellations and Returns
If you haven’t received your order within your selected timeframe, please contact us email@example.com.
If your goods are damaged, please inform us on firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 working days of having received your order.
If you’re looking to return your goods, we are happy to help!
If you wish to cancel an order, it must be confirmed to email@example.com prior to dispatch of the goods.
If your order has been dispatched and/or received, you will have the opportunity to return the goods within 7 working days. All goods must be returned in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition they were received, and the costs to return the goods will not be refunded.
Once the goods have been received by Glazed, they will be inspected prior to sending out a confirmation of a refund, this will be within 48 hours. Once the refund has accepted, Glazed will endeavour to return the monies to your account within 3-5 business days.
Discounted products will not be available for return or refund.
